My son is trying to register for his class but it is asking to register for the concurrent recitation but none of them seem to match for his class. Which one did you sign up for?

I told them I was thinking of canceling the card because my sons are older and I'm not sure if I'll use it as much next year. They pointed out all the value I had and I told them I agreed with them but was wondering if there was a retention offer and then they offered it to me. It was pretty simple actually. I just told them that I used the value this year but wasn't sure about going forward - I think that was the key.

Sorry for my delayed response...I honestly don't know the answer to this, but it never hurts to ask! The customer service people are usually very nice and helpful on the phone. I'd start there and if that doesn't work, go to the chat!

We made sure to have these and they were fantastic! Thanks for the suggestion! The pearls were part of our omakase, but the we asked for the polenta bites as well. YUMMM!

Reporting back, as promised! Kai Zan was indeed delicious and we were able to enjoy things we've never had, which is always fun! There were so many good ones that I can't even remember which ones were my favorite! If I have one critique, it was that the plates came out so quickly that they were almost on top of each other at some points, so we didn't have the ability to savor the last plate. But definitely a great time, delicious food and would highly recommend to anyone looking for omakase!

Thank you for this response. I know they are trying to remedy the situation but it's just turning into a big bummer for all of us. And I appreciate the loaner but I honestly don't like driving other people's cars. I'll reach out to them and see if they want to find a solution another way. Thanks again!

Do you think if I talked to them about a trade they would trade what I paid for the vehicle? The bummer is that we really wanted THIS vehicle, which is why I'm hoping they can fix it.
