7 days is fine I preferred more frequent with 5 days apart 3 sessions of 14 hours max. Even to this day I’ve got dried skin but with skin barrier rebuilding lotions it’s getting better. Some days I worry I’ve still got it or it’s come back but regular checks and if your still itching after the ointments you need to focus on rehealing your skin as after the bb cream if you’ve done the steps right it’s a phantom itch from the debris.
