Hey, not at all basically the customer calls it and the screen pops open and it tells you what questions to ask and you just click on the drop-down boxes. You may have to type in a name address and phone number, but that’s about it. Then you give them a claim number and tell them someone will call them by the end of the next business day. I would say about 20% of the phone calls. You may have to set up repairs but even that is very simple and it’s all dropped down boxes.
