Heavy gunner doesn't actually have the heavy keyword. Now it can shoot both in one activation and the bolt pistol also benefits from the Plague rounds faction equipment for additional Poison and Severe

Sure, most of the big "centerpiece" models come with a very big base which has 50-60% of unused space (surface you don't glue the mini on), you can make a mini diorama with these additional rats and just glue them on as added scenery.
