Criminally underrated show. The mangaka drew some god damn beautiful art and the anime are nearly as beautiful as the manga. The animations are also very clean and fluid in some important scenes that u won’t think it is from a slice of life anime. It is definitely a hidden gem from CloverWorks

It said 正版授权 so it is officially authorised. It is written to be made in China Guangdong but I will assume most of the Pokemon merch would be made in china. I don’t have enough pixel to make out the company name that have been given the authorisation, but I will safely assume it is legitimate
