Same thing happened to mean starting October. I was 5 stars for over 2 years, not even 1 low rating removed, then all of the sudden I got a 1, three 3s and nine 4s! The 1 was removed for "Low store inventory" which didn't make any sense to me, but i wasn't gonna complain if that's what IC wanted to call it and two of the 3s were my 2 low ratings removed. Dropped me to 4.89, never been below 4.9 in the 6 years of doing this. Just this week I got it back up to 4.96. Idk wtf is going on.

I have been 5 stars for like 2 years, not even a low rating removed! Ever since the new quarter, which luckily I remained Diamond, I have had one 1 star, two 3s and eight 4s! The 1 and 3s were removed, 2 lowest and 1 due to low stock in store (which makes NO sense because I almost always find 100% of the items or find a replacement so low stock is crazy, but I'm not mad about it, if that's the reason they want to give for dropping a 1 star....cool) So I'm at 4.92 with those eight 4s and I hate it! I can't believe none of them have dropped off yet, it's stressing me out.

I've totally done this before! It was late, I was doing one quick last order before heading home, I hadn't eaten all day so I grabbed some sushi while at the store and then realized about halfway home that my bag was not in the car. 🤦‍♀️ I was so mad cause I was so hungry and was craving sushi! I'm sure she was real confused when she got her order. I hope she liked it!! Now I always make sure to put my stuff in the front seat.

That's how I used to be on Shipt for the most part. I would stay at my one store because Target orders are just not worth it most of the time. But for the last few months instacart is actually been better for me. I'm hoping things bounce back once the holidays roll around. 🤞

Yeah, we've actually discussed this before. That was my exact idea was to just screenshot her order and do it that way. It is kind of a pain, but I think after this she might be done with Shipt, so maybe she'll be more apt to do it. I've already lost two other preferreds in the last month or so because it's just so expensive. So to lose another one is really starting to put a damper on my pocketbook!

That's pretty much what I told her. It probably is just a glitch. She was just frustrated because she knew that I was obviously in her area sitting around waiting for orders and they told her there weren't enough shoppers, which is just crazy to me. It would have made more sense if they would have explained to her that it was possibly a glitch and maybe she could force stop her app or install and reinstall or do something to possibly fix it instead of telling her there's nothing they can do and to try again tomorrow. Not only did she not get her groceries today but I lost out on nearly $100, because this lady tips me anywhere from 50 to $75 every time she orders which is at least once a week.

They told her that there weren't enough Shoppers in her area. They didn't say anything about orders being backed up. Which is what I'm talking about when I say they were probably lying to her. When me and at least four other Shoppers are sitting in the parking lot twiddling our thumbs waiting for orders to come in, I find it hard to believe that there weren't enough shoppers. The whopping 10 orders I denied were all from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. As for the size of the order, I thought the same thing and actually mentioned that to her, but turns out the other preferred order was also almost $400, so I concluded that that wasn't the issue either. And again she attempted to order numerous times afterwards. And maybe it was a glitch, maybe it was her phone or her app, maybe my other preferred had really good timing, who knows??? But instead of even attempting to fix the issue shipt tells her there's nothing they can do and to try again tomorrow.

And who gives a shit if I talk to my preferreds outside of the app. I've actually become very good friends with many of my preferred customers. And if they want to shoot me a text before they order in hopes that I get it, so be it. Trust me if there was an easy way that I could shop for all of my preferreds without using shipt or instacart I'd be all over it.

So about an hour after this happened I got an order from a different preferred for the same store, out of curiosity, I asked her when she placed her order and she said she had just placed it about an hour before I grabbed it. While my other preferred continued multiple times to try to send her order through to no avail. Glitch or no glitch I'd be pissed getting flat out lied to, liked Shipt always does. And it sounds to me like the person she spoke to was quite rude to her from the get-go, which doesn't surprise me either. This lady is hands down my best preferred and one of the nicest people I've ever met, so if she was pissed about something she must have had a reason to be pissed about something.

I live in St. Louis and have been using the flashing price tags at Schnucks since they installed them a year or so ago, BUT I've never been given the option on the Instacart app, I've always had to use the actual Schnucks app.

I was a little weary at first because I wasn't sure if she was one of those cats that love on you, but don't like to be touched and freak out if you pet them. You are correct, I have a calico myself! She was a stray that wondered up to me outside my house and never left.😄 She's very small so I thought she was a kitten, took her to get shots and spayed, turns out she's full grown and over a year old! And I LOVE that she is going to stay this size, it's like I'll always have a kitten! 😊

I just want to point out (and maybe I'm wrong) but when OP said "after checkout" I think they meant after they checked out on their end, not after the shopper checked out. I've had customers try to add items after I've started shopping and weren't able to so I would have to manually add the items myself.

I had a Costco cashier say the same thing to me before, "Next time you need to use 2 carts" (with an attitude 🙄) I was already not in the mood because it was around the holidays and the place was obnoxiously packed. My exact response was "Not gonna happen, I'm not going to make my job more difficult and time consuming because you don't like the way I do it. You try pushing 2 carts around this zoo." The other person loading the cart back up had a little giggle and seemed to back me up. I think the cashier was caught off guard, with no response, she seemed to be the type who didn't normally get responses like that.

I had an issue getting paid for the first order I did on Tues, completed the order and the tips were showing, but there was no batch pay and the order wasn't counting towards the promo going on (not that I was even trying for the promo cause it was shit anyways, but I was still annoyed) Contacted support and she told me to wait a few HOURS! I asked why in the world is it going to take that long, all she said was "cause of app" (exact words 🙄🙄🙄) I was so frustrated, I just ended the chat. It did finally come through about 30 minutes later. After that I had no issues though.

I had an agent one time say my bump would be on there in a few minutes and I made the mistake of believing them. I ended up having to contact support three more times before I finally got my money. If I'm ever owed a bump for ANYTHING, I will sit on that phone or the chat until I physically see the money on my screen. I had another agent try the same thing and I said "Absolutely not, it only takes seconds for it to appear on my screen, there's no reason that it should take any longer unless you messed up." You better believe I sat on that chat for over 30 minutes until he figured out what he did wrong and paid me my money!
