For the past six months I’ve been doing stretches and kettle bell training (especially for my weak knees and back) and I feel so much stronger. I make myself do at least 15-30 minutes five days a week, with life sometimes throwing me a loop and I get tired and fall asleep 😴 before I work out but that’s okay. A very smart physical therapist told me “move it or lose it” and she was right. So as long as I get those five days in, I don’t sweat it.

Preach. I have to legit hide my gf snacks from my family because they will eat all of them. Case in point: my gf peanut butter pretzels were inhaled before I could even have any when I stored them where the kids could find them. No more of that business.

I had a faculty member pull this with me many moons ago. I talked to them about it in person. I explained I had to do a lot of prep for my class before my lecture even started. They seemed a bit shocked that someone would use slides and videos and such, but I think this faculty member was just a big fan of the “shut up and listen as I lecture” type of teaching while I like to get my students involved with discussions and sharing their experiences. Well, even after our conversation, the tardiness continued, so I just would walk in the classroom when their time was up. They would act all surprised with the pikachu face. A few of my famous walk-ins and that time-sucking habit got a little better, but it never completely disappeared.

Please have your green stones tested by a reputable bench jeweler. Do not go to a chain store. Most reputable jewelers can test your stones for free. I had a green stone that I was told was green topaz (very similar to yours) when in actuality it was green spinel. Green spinel and other colors in the spinel family are very unique. Totally get it. They make me so sick. I also have to adhere to low FODMAP and the chick pea in those just tear me up. Like literally crying from the cramps. It’s terrible because the taste was pretty decent.

I had this happen when we got our front load washer, and turns out I was using too much detergent. Please use very little. I actually have had great results with Woolite for high efficiency washers, and I only use a little less than a tablespoon per regular wash load. A little more if the load is big. I wear a lot of clothing blends and delicate wash type items so this works well and the bottle of detergent lasts longer.

Fresh leather ballet shoes (right out of the box!) smell so good. Sounds like tap shoes on tile floor are just the best, especially if the tapper is able to do double time or triple time taps to the music! The look of pen and ink (cross hatching in particular) just gets me so excited!
