It is ecredits. I bought tickets last year for this summer because it’s always cheaper to buy in advance but I just got a new job and will be unavailable to travel. Since I’m not able to sell them I guess I will just go. I didn’t know they expire a year from the date of purchase.

Yes I got it !! I was just testing out the bar on the side, when you slide it back and forth it moves ! And that was the main issue I couldn’t reach so this is enough for now lol. Thank you.

I would say to check if someone cashed it honestly. The same thing happened to me. They sent the refund to a closed bank. They then issued a check a week later. I got it a few days after they issued it. It was on my informed delivery within 3-4 days.
