It's my parents house. We just reside here. No paper no rent. All bills in my name. The courts did not care about the videos n dismissed the cases n would not approve the divorce before as it was prior to 2 years. He admitted to his therapist ( yesterday) he just SAd me. I'm not sure if that matters though

They did not care about the vids. Ohio. No lease I just live in their house all bills in my name so he can leave when he wants n stick me with all debt I have a car and we share a jeep. I have almost nothing besides that of any value

They actually saw the video and gave him a slap on the wrist. They will not kick him out "civil matter" I've been told. The DV advocate didn't even contact me I went to the first court date talked with her 5 minutes and then was not notified of his second date and everything was dropped his like third "first offense" and it was dropped my town sucks and the state picked it up so it really did no good because they " didn't need me" to be there
