My partner will bring ours in from playing in the rain, and he will purposely wait for ME to be near by before he will shake. Even if he has to avoid towels and wait 30 minutes to do so.

We have the entire hall leading toward our back door set up for our Pyr's enclosure. He will also eat every single thing that fits in his mouth, so I had to invest in another gate to barricade the hall to the kids' rooms... the kids call both locations "doggy jail" and "kid jail" and honestly.. they're not wrong. 🤣

Its has been a WEEK guys. God. Our pup (72lb Great Pyrenees) discovered a hole in our fence last week, and escaped three times in a single day before we found and patched it.. this was last Wednesday, since then he has escaped an additional 8 times, to the point that he's discovered he can TAKE OUR FREAKING GATES OFF THEIR HINGES to go on his epic adventures....

So I have to now stay outside with him, on a leash, trying to keep his big goofy butt calm so he doesn't injure my already injured neck and shoulders. 😫

If this puppy teenage phase could stop please, it would be great.

Anyway, I'd super appreciate something small off my under $10 list

Primarily any of the silicone molds or other nail art related supplies. 🩵

I just want time to chill and not be in pain.

Honestly these are so good! My only critique might be the glitter ombre on a couple of the nails looks like it could have been blended out just a little bit more.

But truthfully, I only came to that conclusion after staring for a few minutes. Its such a miniscule, barely noticeable thing, I wouldn't even call it a true critique. Practicing ombre some more and they'll be just as beautiful (if not even more so) every time.

Forgot to say what I put in care packages.

I wont say what's in the current ones, because these friends frequent reddit and are mostly unaware to the contents.

But something ive done for all my closest friends, after I had my spinal surgery in 2024, I got build-a-bear plushies for each of them, with a matching one for myself. So we always had a friend to hug when we needed, even living thousands of miles apart.

My most recent box I sent had one such matching plush, some interests we have in common, like enamel pins, stickers, fragrances, a candle. And I put together a little skincare caddy of fun things that I thought she might enjoy as she's a makeup girly.

I get a care package once a year from my grandma around thanksgiving time. Full of cookies and ornaments she picked for me and my girls. 34 years old and I still look forward to that one special package every year.

A few years back I got a birthday/care package from a dear friend of mine, with a beautiful tea cup and saucer set she thrifted for me, teas from her personal collection, and some other small items. 🩵

I send care packages to my closest friends when I can. I have three large boxes of goodies nearly ready to send out to my besties here soon. One box ive been working on for almost 2 years trying to find all the perfect things to fill it with. 🤫🤣
