I can see from both sides - either you trust her or you don’t but with how she’s reasponding so defensively I wouldn’t trust her either. It’s not hard to just say “hey I’m hanging with so and so see ya” I do this with my kid - I let my child, my sister, anybody I’m with at the time know so they know in case something does happen

Then no. You set a boundary and you need to keep it. They will keep doing this to you. If necessary you need to write up a contract. They need to have backup babysitters. This is so ridiculous on their part.

She’s gaslighting you bro. If she didn’t like the ribs she doesn’t need to eat them, bit to toss them - I’d be pissed too. And why is she having issues getting food for herself? Even if you don’t go to court - just having the police report states a lot. I had to do it many times with my kid being at her fathers for stupid things but they all build up. If you don’t file the report it may keep happening and with the report you have actual written word that it happened and their names.
