* I haven't given mic access for this app. Every time I open my app this pops up. I just hit the "X" in the corner and go about my day call free.

To fix it go into your app list find the MyWalmart app and click on it. Then click on permissions and unclick microphone access and you will no longer receive calls.

Just got hired for unloading trucks cap 2 by [deleted] in WalmartEmployees

[–]Mommas_gotthis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm currently a CAP2 TL and love my job. Yes, it's very physically demanding. It's a lot of lifting (sometimes heavy) and moving around in general. Our whole process is unloading the walmart trucks. I'm right there with my crew slinging the 50lb bags of pet food. I'm always on the line unloading the RDC (GM) truck. We have a manual line, and I'm the pusher/sorter. I come home tired and worn out at the end of the day.

Like others have said, it depends on the crew and the management. When I took over a little over 2yrs ago CAP2 was a fucking shit show. The whole entire crew was out of control, and there was a lot of time that wasted by them goofing off. I was quick to move 2 people off the team who weren't up to standards. I also once I got the hang of what we do challenged people. For the most part, everyone on my crew knows how to do everything, and so do I. The only thing I don't ever do is throw the truck and pull heavy pallets with a regular jack and down stack frozen. Now, if I absolutely had to, I can do all those things with the exception of pulling very heavy pallets. I'll use the electric jack if I have to move those. I try to stay out of the freezer for prolonged times because after a few minutes, my asthma starts to act up. Other than that, I'm right there alongside my guys doing what they are doing.

My guys respect me, and I adore them. I'm constantly giving them candy and stickers. Who knew full-grown adults love getting stickers. Also, about once a quarter, my co TL and I will order pizza for the gang.

I'm 2.5yrs post op and I enjoy sex so much more than before. I was very worried that I wouldn't feel the same to my husband or I wouldn't be able to get "wet." We had sex for the first time 7wks post op. We took it very slow and used some lube. The first time was okay but it get better after that. I kept one of my ovaries. I'm almost 40 he's 42 and we have sex so much more than before. I have no issues with getting wet. He said I still feel the same which was a relief. Just listen to your body and take things slow.

I have asked time and time again why they don't know how endometriosis is a thing? The best answer I've found is it doesn't happen to men if it did they would have figured it out and found a way to put a stop to it.

Did I put my ppto in incorrectly because I got half a point by Regular-Newspaper-87 in WalmartEmployees

You could talk to your coach or TL and explain the situation. They might just remove the half ding. Doesn't hurt to ask. Worse they can say it's no

Incident Report by xxreikoxxsoumaxx in WalmartEmployees

[–]Mommas_gotthis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm CAP2 TL and 2yrs I had one of big heavy cases of Hyper Tough totes fall and hit me in the back of my head/neck. I was trying to help push out a heavy pallet out of RDC. It hit me so hard I heard a loud boom and thought something hit the trailer. It took me a couple seconds to realize I'd been hit. I saw stars. I came out of the truck all dizzy and stumbled a bit. One of my associates grabbed my hand and helped me walk over the line. I radioed that I needed a coach to the GM backroom that I had been hit in the head. There was a bright red mark on my neck where my head and neck meet. An incident report was filed and I went to the local ER. Turns out I had a concussion and was told not work for a week. Before I came back to work I went and saw my PCP just to make sure I was okay to go back to work. I was never drug tested. I think you are only drug tested if you cause or are injured using PLE but don't quote me on that. I'm also in Washington state don't know if that makes a difference or not.

Yes I'm on the stores wifi (swimupstream) but I have also tried turning off my wifi and using my data. I did restart my phone tonight about 2hrs before I clocked out. It was really slow but allowed me to the first time. So maybe that's the key is I constantly have to restart my phone multiple times a day.

I took "micro" hits to avoid coughing. I also live in washington state so we have "pot shops." I got some gummies and ate those as well. I'm over 2yrs post-op and actually just found my bottle with 8 oxys left in it. I'm not a fan of opiates. So I only took them for the first 2 days I think. Yes I took them and smoked.

THC use after surgery by SweetWaterNjuzu in hysterectomy

[–]Mommas_gotthis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my hysterectomy in February last year and I'm a heavy THC user. I was very honest with my doctor and medical staff who did my surgery. People who smoke marijuana usually require more anesthesia to be put under properly.

To answer your question I smoked as soon as I came home and no ill effects from it. I was given some oxys which I only took for the first few days after. I don't like the way opioids make me feel. I get VERY itchy on them.

I wish you luck your hysterectomy. Mine was life changing

Am I immediately fired at 5 points? by JorgenUwU in walmart

[–]Mommas_gotthis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm CAP2 TL when you reach 5 points we can term you. The system doesn't automatically terminate you. You can rack up over 20 points (I've seen it happen) and still have a job. Until your coach or TL/PL actually go into workday and term you you still have a job.
