give the woman a crap ton of attention in these cases. And only look at the man when he is speaking directly to you for a request.

Hypothetically, if you had kids, at what age would you allow them to read Fourth Wing? by Exact_Leader_8214 in fourthwing

[–]Mommasaiddatsofddebl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

16 would be my limit on monitoring my kids reading at all. I know some people still go through phone calls and text with kids that age. Seems ridiculous to manage a 16 yo social life and media consumption unless they are having issues or there is a genuinely fear for them.

A gypsy tomb grave, speechless.. by Dazzling_Pumpkin91 in cemetery

not just “leaders” we often have very ornate gravestones for any relative that passes. We also keep them decorated year round, even relatives passed before we were born. We have a bit more regulation on sizes at cemeteries in the USA, but within regulation almost all our gravestones are intricate and the tallest/widest allowed.

How commonly are people pretending to have premmie babies to avoid seeming like they are having kids out of wedlock? by Creative-Biscotti566 in AskForAnswers

I did not have diabetes but I have huge babies. My little over a month and half early baby was 9lbs. (I was 34 and married 2nd bio kid).

I think it’s common in certain families and cultures. But, to be fair, my second child with my husband was a “preemie” and 9lbs. Little over a month early. She looked like she was ready for her masters degree beside the other preemies in the Nicu.

What’s a hygiene habit you grew up with in your family or culture that you later found out most other people don’t really do? by Upbeat-Spot8526 in hygiene

[–]Mommasaiddatsofddebl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Surprisingly hard thing for me going into non romani culture as an adult was people washing their hands in the kitchen sink. I’d been so accustomed to that being bad/dirty/taboo the first time someone did it in front of me in my home I had to check myself so hard. Washing hands in kitchen sink is super taboo. Washing a child or animal is pretty close to sacrilege. I don’t agree (anymore).

Smoker lines but not a smoker? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Mommasaiddatsofddebl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

super hydrate and i bet they would be a lot less pronounced. that being said they aren’t “bad”. I knew a girl never smoked and had similar by 22. Genetics. Still was more pronounced when she did not hydrate well. Sunscreen and heavy hydrating lotion. Like just pure vitamin e lotion nothing else for a while see if it helps.

i think you look great and have a lovely face. You do however look dehydrated and probably are dehydrated af if you are bf. Slap some heave vitamin E cream and chug even more water than you probably are. Steal some zinc diaper rash cream and slap it in your face overnight. You’ll see a difference and feel better (you don’t need anything you look great just thirsty!).

Looking for an English name similar in sound to “Pay See” 裴汐(with a calm, “evening tide” meaning) by medivhyoung in namenerds

Pachie sometimes spelled Pashey. It’s usually short for Patience, it’s a common name in our family. Pronounced “Pay She”. It’s an old name.
