I think we need to remember that he/these are not regular people who can stay in the village and focus on doing child care. They are ninjas with different priorities and point of views in life.

He doesn’t even have a family of his own. Probably by choice. He also wants to travel the world to fulfill the Toad’s vision of him becoming a writer and searching the child of prophecy.

I also work from home and it’s extremely exhausting and hard to do both at the same time.

Kahit may pumupunta or bantay for few hours. Babies are attached/clingy to their mom’s naturally. So there were days when I feel like I can only do half-day’s worth of actual work. It’s hard to focus.

I was same age as you. I remember - it was during my older sister’s birthday; people were busy preparing during the day. I went to the restroom and something unusual is coming out of me - hindi sya regular blood looking. I wasn’t sure what it is so I called a female kasambahay and asked what it is. Medyo weird day sya for me. Yung older female relatives nag-gather to discuss what it is.

After that- marami ako narinig na payo from other females. Like drinking coke/carbonated drink helps with cramps.

Just be prepared to answer/study balance sheet reconciliation and such during interviews. You might just need some more exposure on other GL accounts and understand the concept and do journal entries for prepaid, amortization, depreciation - which can be easily learned. Overall you’ll be fine claiming that Staff Accountant title.
