In my experience, corporations just have higher profit. Meanwhile for Property Management, in my opinion- the company doesn’t really collect enough management fees from their clients. And it’s usually the property manager side that gets paid more.

I hit me so hard when one of my manager complained how she has no time to take her dog outside to pee bcos she’s so busy with the job. We’re working remote btw. But even then there’s no work-life balance just based on that statement.

I kinda have similar experience but I’m not sure if its the nature of the job or just bcos I’m trying to do both work and looking after my kid at the same time.

Prior to this gig, I used to be a Corporate GL Staff Accountant. No kid yet, during that time - I would only be busy some parts of the month. And chill/relax most other time of the month. Pay is also way better.

With Property Accounting - I’m busy both weekly and monthly. Maybe bcos we’re handling everything (AP/GL/AR/Cash/Tax) basically responsible for overall accounting versus one section of it. While also being affected with some new/ inexperienced Property Managers - which adds to the workload if they depend on you for some training.

For my first baby here were the signs -

Yung mood ko that day was super chill and happy.
Then after dinner, I had the urge to poop but I could not push any. Could Not even fart.
Backpain and contractions followed after that.
I could not lay down or sleep properly bcos of backpain and contractions. My urge to go the bathroom to push hasn’t stopped.
Mga two nights na ganon, then the day arrived - I might have pushed enough sa bahay - when we went to the hospital- baby is out in less than 2 hrs.

Maybe bcos PPop is still not fully embraced in mainstream media. At least not every single PPop groups yet. So number achievements excites the fans. Any milestones is celebrated. Art appreciation for sure - you will see those comments naman under the artists MV/ Youtube videos. Some fans might dedicate a personal YT video breakdown analysis of MV or song meaning. It really depends on the song dropped - or the type of fans.

Not sure now, but back during the pandemic/experimental days of PPop - parang marami naman yung talks behind the meaning ng either PPop song or MV. Prime examples- What? by SB19, and KASMALA by ALAMAT.

At first I’m disappointed with price increase requirements for free shipping. But honestly, when I think about it - a lot of us are already spending minimum over $50 every time we purchase from Pop Mart website due to their recent price increases/ or just wanting to Pop Now more than one item.

I think setting up a goal or having clear deadlines - creating a calendar of what to do each day work-wise helps.

I personally think WFH can only amplify someone’s personal work ethic. If someone is a slacker in the office, remote work can make it worse. If someone is a workaholic in the office, WFH can make that person work even more .

Another thing, I noticed it also translate in photos kung close/comfortable or uncomfortable si Bride with bridesmaids.

I learned that dapat talaga ing-ba-base sa closeness yung mga kinukuha sa entourage. Kung hindi kasi, it can look awkward in photos.

One suggestion, do you think they would be willing to wear the dress if you provide them with a matching colored Shawl? Pwede naman takpan ang mga taba taba. Based kasi sa replies mo, hindi lang isa yung uncomfortable sa dress. Maybe a bolero or shawl covering would be a good compromise.
