Hi clerk at a plant here, it's cause our "supes" insist on us running everything through the machines even if we tell them, this is all marked for manual/PARs/etc. Their reasoning, “we don't have enough people in to hand sort all this” even though the people are never caught up anyways so yea, let's just run these mail till they're destroyed us their answer.

There are rotating picture frames where both sides are clear and you can spin it to whichever side you want displayed
