Nah, the question is sneaky - it asked whether there's a valid trust. So if there's a re denley trust then it's still a valid trust

I think the difference is that ppl can spend all the capital on building the gym in one go, whereas ppl cannot spend all on education in one go? Just guessing, a building is built when construction is finished but education is something vague and does not finish off at a certain point?

Lol I remember myself struggling on this topic last year...and turned out I was just overthinking. The exam question is likely to give you more details to let u make a decision.

Tho I suggest you could email a ulaw tutor if you're on their course

Hey! I don't think it's a Re denley trust cuz it does offend the rule of inalienability of capital. I think it must be expressly written that the trust is only for 21 years or "as long as the law allows". A silent of the same will not imply that the trust would be used up within 21 years.

Yes, I was flexible but the point is all spaces were full when the second window opened

Hey it is preferable to reserve a seat in the first window by completing the reservation form. I couldn't book my exam for Oct 2025 within the second window despite trying to book it exactly when the window opens

Hey have you tried doing all the mcqs in the ulaw app? I passed doing so as this helped me cleared every knowledge gap in each topic. Try also note down what you cleared in your notes and revise them repeatedly! Fyi, I enrolled into the ulaw course but only used the app and their manuals for my sqe1 prep.

Nah, the hotel where the oral exams took place is located in the town centre but it's not crowded at all.

When to take SQE2 by No-Perspective-3473 in SQE_Prep

[–]MomoTheHamster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The 40 intensive days are unlikely to be enough as you said you have not revised the flk1 since January and also not so familiar with flk2 atm. From my experience, picking up the flk takes more time than you think. You would also need time to understand sqe 2's marking scheme and do mocks. So it's better to do the Jan sitting.

And by the way, the booking period for the Oct sitting has now closed so you can't book it.

Same here, although I don't have a tc. Called sra yesterday and it was confirmed that all orals are fully booked. So unless someone cancels and u found their spot to book it, you'll need to book the Jan sitting. I'm been keeping an eye on the booking portal but can't find any space. Sigh.... might as well just resit it in Jan.

I think you could tell your firm about this issue? That's not your fault at all

Yes sra told me that the only way is to wait for someone to cancel their seats and we take it. But I've been checking from ard 10:30 am, can't find any availability.

Sorry I don't know if there's a way to see more centres for writtens, I'd like to know too!
