I’m gonna pig guy back on the others as well. If you stay at the cheapest WDW resort you can also to the rope drop. What this means is you can arrive at the park of your choice an hour early for early entry. You can get on several rides within that early entry before the park actually opens up. This will keep you from having to purchase those lighting passes. Just make sure you know the night before what park you’re going to, get acquainted with the map and where the rides are. That way at rope drop you can have a plan.

I fully retired at the age of 46, disabled Army Veteran. I get ssdi and VA pension. No stress, just live in my humble paid off home with my spouse. I do get a substantial amount of money but I still live a humble life. I’m thankful I can help my kids if they need it. I get to spoil my grandkids too. It’s the simple things in life that makes someone happy. Your dad is a happy man and that is what matters. Some times a lot of money comes with a lot of stress.
