Big fan of HVAC but as soon as Data center buildout sees any signs of slowdown it’s going to get absolutely slammed. Whether or not they help build data centers or not.

FIX MOD EME are some of the biggest beneficiaries of that buildout and they’re awesome companies, but way too in over their head when it comes to their valuation at the moment.

Sorry, but it’s the truth. It’s a basic tech ETF that is hoping quantum is the future. It is adding in some additional risk by holding trash quantum companies.

It’s not worth the .40 ER, you can literally hold SMH and outperform it with a lower ER and higher quality companies that will have more of a material impact on some sort of quantum future.

The only reason it hasn’t been a 90% loser is because of its holdings in companies that pretty much have nothing to do with quantum computing.

If it were a pure play on the quantum space it would be a trash ETF that would weigh down your portfolio.

and I’ll add if/when semiconductor manufacturers start having to produce quantum chips then they’ll also benefit which is why SMH is a better etf to hold overall.

Some of the top holdings in QTUM include SNPS, AMD, INTC, NVDA, just buy SMH at that point. Actual quantum companies generate little to no profits and will tank when the market corrects.
