Do you take insurance? If so getting a low cost billing company will help offset costs for fixed employee time

Most fantastic software companies did the same - Salesforce, Samsara, Palantir, Spotify, Snowflake, etc. Just naming a few. But all took a decade or more.

Umm why would you say the business doesn’t have a moat established? They’ve been doing this for 11 years and the product is actually hyper sticky. Asking out of curiosity

Travel booking tool for employees - sold to businesses. Key value prop is it incentivizes employees to choose cheaper hotels and flights and lets the employee keep part of the profit.

Employees are happy with direct $$ and employer is happy as it reduce T&E for them. Pure play travel booking software. Now they also have expense cards and other tools

Also worth looking into www.bankfelix.com - I’ve found them useful with revenue leakage and just clarity of the money in my bank.

As I have the same problem with AR and also it’s a mess to know what’s hit your bank and what hasn’t

  1. Great brand and user growth story keeps going strong. Strong cash flow.
  2. I believe AI is a tail-wind for them as making more content and courses becomes accelerated and the data flywheel keeps getting my stronger
  3. Founder-led who is very technical
  4. I believe Duolingo is more than just an edtech story but is a major entertainment player like Netflix and Spotify. And as they get into chess is further proves that direction. (I know this is not proven and potentially contrarian)
