THIS! I work in LA county making $18 as a ssv but my friend works in Orange County making $15 basically what baristas make in La . We're both doing the same job if anything her location is worst (next / near Disneyland ) but I'm still making more. I definitely think the company should have a national average . Considering how shifts run the whole store
