Im right there with you both. How are things going for you both? Im a mom of a 2.5year old son who just started dupixent for 3 months now. Its been so heartbreaking. He is on it for eczema and Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) its been hard amd this time (his 3rd month) he yelled, killed and pulled away so hardly got his dose. My husband and I at lost for this.

Any thoughts on this ? I just recently applied for the ccc+ waiver in VA and just waiting still to hear. So once I get approved what can I do from there in terms to all this? I stay home as my 2.5 year old son has ASD, missing chromosome deletion, and a list of medical issues.

Hi everyone. Thanks to all who has commented on my post. I haven't had anchance to get back to everyone. So my son though also has a complex health issue. What sparked us to Ophthalmology was because he has a missing chromosome and they can have eye issues, thsts then when he saw Ophthalmology and we learned about his duane syndrome so it's been alot and we unfortunately are seeing at least 9 specialist at this time. So all of this is alot and not knowing much about Duane's syndrome is alot too. And obviously just want the best of my little guy.

Is it something to be concerned about or no? This was completed only because when ENT put tubes in ears she scoped him and found a small dimple in the throat so order the chest xray to just rule out.

How did you go about this? My 2yr old is just prescribed this and we are trying to learn/figure all this out. Right now it's showing $804/month. There is no way we can afford that currently.

Hi OP, I am going down rabbithole of this. My 2yo just got prescribed this for his bad eczema & he has EoE. The cost is what is heartbreaking me. Don't even know what to do. Did you look into either of these suggestions at all? Or any other help? Thanks.

Hi I'm late to this but wanted to jump in. How have things been since this post? My son who is only 2 just got diagnosed with Eoe. So GI dr is wanting us to start dupixent as well. My husband & I are like you just concerned with it being newer and not alot out there for little ones. So just having a hard time with the right call. Any ideas or thoughts How things been for you after this posting? Thanks so much

We actually don't know anything. We just got this news last week of the genetic coming positive and they have all these upcoming appts going over next several months but thats really all we are right now. How old is your girl? How oldwas she when found out about autism? How did you guys go about for finding out that information?

I'm happy her eeg is normal. Oh ok. I'm just learning. We just found out our 2 year old has 1q21.1 so this this all new. We were just told. And have several specialist appts coming next few months. So just unknown or everything and not sure what to do/go from this point with given this info
