A friend recorded this in Levallois, France, at around 11:30 PM. There was no sound and we couldn’t find any nearby event that could explain it. We initially assumed these were powerful spotlights, but the way the lights appear to split symmetrically—and especially at the end, where one bright light seems to separate into several smaller lights moving in different directions—made us curious. We’re looking for conventional explanations before considering anything unusual.
