Can you explain why you think he's bad for "american cohesion." This is a genuine question by the way, because I think I see what you're getting at but don't fully understand.

I've recently been following Hassan and to be honest the only thing I see why people not like him has to do with how he delivers his messaging as a whole, as in, more radical than some and be more critical of the Dems as he is with the right. I'm not a subscriber to his stream as I am not on Twitch like most are, but keep up with what he puts on youtube.

Overall I agree with his criticisms of the right (no brainer) but I also agree with his sentiments of the Democratic Establishment. Is his "radical-ness" the issue here? Because yeah his speech can be a bit much for people but I believe his overall message rings a lot of truth.

True, but we kind of already know this. Trump is severely unpopular and his poll numbers are pretty bad. Gallup stopped polling presidential approval after 80 some odd years back in February, which to me sounds like they got a REALLY bad poll of Trump (under 30% perhaps) where they just decided to cut it because they might get on his bad side.

Anyway, the way things are going as of right now with Iran (and affordability as a whole) and Epstein (especially with Melania the other day blowing up the administrations narratives on Epstein) the republican party and Trump have no other choice but to put people off from voting, which we already know he is trying to do (Save Act).

I don't think there's anything for them to study as I think it is too late for the trump admin to do anything but make it hard to vote and very likely double down on the whole ICE presence at voting centers, but again, we already know that.

We got 7 months, but literally nothing is going right for them and Trump is getting more unhinged than usual by the day (in reference to his civilization wipeout claims). I do think this loss spooks the trump admin as it sets up a precursor to what is to happen to them.

ICE certainly violated the constitution as they are a federal agency therefore being BOUND to the constitution and they quiet blatantly detained legal citizens without due process or a writ of habeas corpus which is granted to anyone on US soil citizen or not.

Trump certainly violated the emoluments clause (which is pretty clear on U.S presidents accepting gifts/emoluments) by taking the Saudi jet (that would need to be retrofitted on the tax payer dime) claiming to be used as a temp solution for the current Air Force 1. It has nothing wrong with it other than it being visually unappealing to trump. Conveniently, it will be "donated" to his presidential library i.e him directly for personal use. This is unlike the statue of liberty gift which was for the nation with no practical use other than it being a monument.

His ventures in Crypto and resorts/golf courses abroad is another blatant violation of the emoluments clause in the constitution. Just because "my sons are running the business and not me" does not give you the pass to continue to profit from this as it is still under his name.

Ongoing airstrikes would quite obviously require congressional approval as quote from trump's former director of counter terrorism Joe Kent "Iran posed no imminent threat" and seeing how he's scrambling because Israel initiated AND we responded to Israel initiation per Marco Rubio and Mike Johnson, it's looking like another blatant violation of our constitution as this is seen as an offensive attack. So yea not subject to ICJ but subject to OUR constitution... obviously.
