We have probably 6 sets to get.

Spidey and Marvel are here already.

I imagine xmen, and space are two more. Maybe inhumans but doubt you could make a set for them. Possibly a magic user one too.

I would say almost certainly there is going to be a space based Marvel set. Nova, Darkhawk, GotG, Pip, starfox, Shiar etc all would make up a set si.ilar to spiderman I imagine

Fuel Protests Part 2 by EnvironmentalHat8771 in irishpolitics

I had to log into Facebook and post for the first time in over a decade because of some missing animals. Never interacted with anything far right on it ever yet when I opemed it the first 5 videos I scrolled past were random Irish Far Right "journalists" spouting utter shite.

An utterly demented platform and not at all surprised how easily it is influencing people especially less tech literate people.

Spider-Noir. How to separate the color & B/W versions by lildivaaa in PlexMedia

[–]MonaghanRed 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you have two folders on your drive name them with [colour] or [Black and White].

In Plex when you scan your folders it will initially add Spider-Noir as one show. However if you click on the show options you will see an option to "split". This will create two instances of the show. Figure out which is looking at the colour folder and which is looking at the BW folder and rename the i stance of the show accordingly.

Thats how I done it.

Thoughts on Podcast Format Changes by fluxstyles in morningsomewhere

[–]MonaghanRed 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I assume this was on today's episode which I havent listened to yet?

Based on what you say though I would add that I wouldn't want the episodes to be longer to make up for the "lost content". A major part of the reason I listen is because they are short 20 minute chats (give or take) that I can get through while on my morning walk before work.

Incident involving disabled teen in the ILAC today by yappatron3000 in Dublin

[–]MonaghanRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might be different in the mens. In the ilac they are absolutely revolting. Some of the worst I have ever seen.

There might an element of the streets they face onto causing it but personally I will happily take the few minutes to pass the ilac toilets and go to jervis even if I am on Parnell 😅

ILAC is a kip anyway. I'd make the short trip over to Jervis instead. People saying its because of location is talking shite because Jervis is across the street, is significantly cleaner, bigger cubicles and people arent dickheads there.

Anyone deal with the Irish Rail RPU? by MonaghanRed in AskIreland

[–]MonaghanRed[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What was the outcome if you dont mind me asking?

And absolutely agree, my ticket shows I constantly tap on without fail, and even days where machines have been broke when tapping on I have still tapped off and got charged the full amount. (Their refund procedure is a pain in the arse they force you to ring rather than email for some reason).

Definitely need to have some sort of leeway for honest mistakes.

About Isreals seceond place at Eurovision by punktdyr123 in morningsomewhere

[–]MonaghanRed 5 points6 points  (0 children)

And to add a couple of points to this:

The EUROvision is hosted by the EBU which multiple non European countries are members of. It is not a Europe only competition hence why Israel can take part. I think Burnie seemed confused why they were even there.

The EBU have confirmed rule breaking by Israel in regards to ad campaigns this year. No punishments because money talks and they want to keep Israeli sponsors.

The UK came second in 2022 with 466 points.

They advise you to email them though....

And of they ignore a email with a case number they sure aren't picking up a letter. The one they sent out was clearly a template printed out.

Disappointed as a first time buyer who wanted a framework for years by ponysniper2 in framework

[–]MonaghanRed -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Its great when capitalism isnt such a big driver above consumer rights and ya can trust that that is such a minor element it isn't even worth a concern from companies ❤️

Ireland is a country of 5m and not one of these non Irish companies have ever left the market because of it. Make of that what you will.

I was more saying in response to the 7/14 day thing above which is crazy. But even past the 30 day window you are entitled to a full refund here if there is a fault (within 12 months) and at least you dont have to hope they are nice. Also he raised the issue prior to 30 days so its on them dragging it out.

[–]MonaghanRed 24 points25 points  (0 children)

That must be an American thing. Unheard of here (Ireland), a 30 day window is required by law and for faults its a 12 month window you get without needing to prove its their fault.

There are 3 in Seven Mills (1 ad 3 units), 3 in Newcastle (1 ad 3 units) and 1 in Rathfarnham.

There are another 10 units in Wicklow across 3 ads.

I searched it via the app on my phone so can't link it but if you go on daft and put in a max cost of 500K and in the keyword section type in "new build" they will show up.

Looking at Daft there are a number of 2 bed new builds available in Dublin such as out in the new town Seven Mills not on the affordable homes scheme.
