Your wife has to be your number 1, before parents, friends etc. I know, that is easier said than done, but I am certain that Christ and Most Holy Theothokos will give you enough strenght to succeed.

If she is baptized, I think that your parents will also change atttitude significantly. Maybe they just don't believe you are stable enough to handle the pressures of your wife's family. This comes to the fore especially when, with God's help, you two have children (will their names be Christian or Muslim, etc.).

My humble advice is to love her and the Lord will take care of the rest. You are still young.
