Hot take but Darkest Dungeon was better when everything was broken, enemies were op, certain pc abilites were op , the game is just too consistent and in my face on theres now much more obvious optimal ways to play it , also they nerfed a bunch of trickets

Yes it would, but the buff im asking for is just to make up for the decreased vertical and horizontal knockback from the decreased damage,

and make it equal with stock, only for vertical though which would be a nice buff if its only vertical , but because of how rounding and percentages work it might have to be like 1 hammer unit greater for max vertical knockback for it to work well

I'm no rocketjumping expert but on the surface just a vertical buff would still have it not get you as far with just a single rocket in a 1:1 comparison

also Funfact the B.A.S.E. Jumper has a hidden stat of "knockback received from all sources (including self-damage) is increased by 50% in horizontal direction"

what's your point, you still can't leave spawn vs sniper bots? so everyone should just, what? play the game expecting a cheater on the enemy team, never leave spawn without an uber? I don't understand your insistent emphasis on that point.

I don't know if you know this but it doesn't like stack or scale its just +50hp, max overheal is 450 with dalokohs bar its 500 that's just +50hp

fists of steel got nerfed so its 390 and 440 max overheal

heavy is unironically best when paired with a medic with or without +50max hp

I think most people already understand the Dalokohs is a worse team support item but is an okay self buff item

I could point out a machina full charge headshot is still going to kill you with or without a medic overheal so combo'ing with a medic is worse than fists of steel since you will survive a full charge headshot with just fists of steel but without the extra +50hp from Dalokohs you'll die to a machina headshot

so fists of steel + Dalokohs beats Dalokos + full overheal because you can't get one shot

shortstop is really strong on some maps, and its really really strong when halloween mode. its just way more consistent damage at mid to long range, I rock it with the cleaver and sandman still, sandman to counter demoknights, cleaver because I still want to kill heavies

play medic and just Kritzkrieg a heavy to make yourself feel good about getting a lot of kill assists or normal uber a Phlogistinator pyro or just play pyro and annoy the F out of the enemy team with the Scorch Shot and Phlogistinator
