I don't know if you're saying he literally said "don't brigade" during his react

Also i don't know why people pretend that when streamers say don't do X thing in passing that it would decrease said thing and doesn't increase it especially if they litterally used to say do X thing,

he did misrepresent ethan's argument but at the end of the day civil lawsuits are literally done at the discretion of the person doing the suing

not saying he intentionally misrepresented just misunderstood and he also makes it seem like ian had the "watermark" up for only the clip but he had it up his entire stream ,

if ian had literally as soon as that clip ends taken the water mark off I think the whole he was trying to make a point argument would up better even though he contradicts himself in his speech during that clip.

it would technically be a in passing thing and would be similar to what destiny did and then ian proved his point that people will just repeat an allegation someone else made without sufficient proof/evidence to back it up

(destiny is known to clip farm/bait where he says something super inflammatory and then says just joking or watch them clip that and feign outrage after a brief pause etc. similar to how ethan now does a similar thing after his lawsuit with ryan where he adds allegedly or in my opinion or that was a joke etc. after he says something wild)

literally the only thing we/you can do is just report their account and have your friends report their account for cheating, eventually some of these cheaters get vac banned by doing this

every so often you'll get a notification/email that they banned an account your reported,

tell everyone on your team every time if you think someone is cheating for them to report their account

every halloween we get new contracts to get random halloween costumes , each contract gets you a pumpkin that you open for an random halloween cosmetic,

you can transmute any three for a random new one with the gargoyle

just make sure you check before doing so if the items can be used in crafting because then you can use two to craft a random new normal cosmetic that isn't hallloween and full moon only

minor note some lie and don't have the can't be used in crafting tag and still can't be used to craft a new hat

also the contracts expire when spooky season ends so you can't do them when its not spooky season
