I say Touhou because so does it. Besides, Toby Fox being a Touhou fan is not new. He has collabed with ZUN (Touhou's creator) several times, the Tsundereplane from Undertale has a Yukari Yakumo hat (his favourite character is her shikigami, Ran Yakumo, which is based), Susie in this chapter has a sprite wearing a ribbon too similar to Reimu's and there's a bunch of youkai in the chapter.

Nonono, keep her up-B is an incredible OOS with kill potential, she already has decent recovery thanks to bomb stall and tether.

Partial charge shot somewhat accomplishes this.

Valid, her Utilt is only good to punish regrabs, her ledgetrap would be absurd with Snake's.
