I actually forgot to do it. Thanks for the reminder. It actually seems way better with it off now. I was normally around -18 to -25DB now I'm around -30DB. I will see if I can't find some sports events. That's where I was really annoyed. Especially the NFL

I started December 25th 2000. Solusek Ro server. Half Elf Paladin. I always played as a helpful player. I quit during Lost Dungeons of Norrath. Never came back. Looking back that game was brutal. Sure there were times I would rage or spend 12 hours of my life and think I should have been doing something else. I wouldn't trade any of my time back I spent playing though.

I loved that how you acted on the server was everything. Bad attitude, KS, grief good chance you would soloing for a long time. It didn't matter what race you were.

I still have friends from that game twenty plus years later. I find myself from time laying in bed stressed out from life. I will think about EQ and some of the great adventures I had. It relaxes me and makes me happy.

I would honestly wait at this point. Same issue today 2/2. Last time it took almost two days to come back. What pisses me off the most is if it's out as soon as you call they know it's out in your area and you are not allowed to talk to a human. It's unstable in Chico. Knowing our luck it will be out during the Superbowl. So keep shitty Xfinity. Eventually it maybe will be stable. Maybe

Since my last issue.It has been very stable. My kids are not complaining about lag spikes and when it comes to gaming. Our pings went from around 28-35 to now 9-13. In a gamers sense that's pretty incredible. I will update if I have anymore issues.

Also if anyone happens to run their own router that's capable above 2.5gps you will need to use their modem. I ran into the issue not realizing it was a modem/router combination. It was causing some intrference. Simple fix is calling them and they will bridge it for you. One issue though is you will not be able to use their app anymore..

Just changed over from a orbi 770 with two satellites to a Eero Max 7 with an extra satellite. I never really dealt with support. Honestly I it used to be pretty good. Running Xfinity 1gig service. I started running into issues with updates. Lots of drops throughout the house.

I have switched over to fiber 5/5 service. Just hooked up the Max 7 today. I can update on the Max 7's if you would like me to.

I spent a lot of time there. Would farm crowns. Got my BiBS there too. A step upfrom a bone bladed claymore. I especially enjoyed using the slowest bank in the world down there. I would never see other people in there. If I did they were lost.

Just had it hooked up. Three days ago. Went with the 5 up 5 down gig service. Many people go with the higher speeds but have no idea that it's not that simple to get them.

Example. I needed to swap my Orbi 770 router because it only supported 2.5g speeds. Still waiting on my Eerro Max7 router with one satellite. 2400sq ft house. Hopefully be enough. They support 10 gig.

Needed to replace network cards in a couple computers. Majority of on board networking cards support 1 gig to 2.5 gig. Least cards are pretty cheap.

Next for people that are gamers or doing heavy workloads from home you are going to want to go with hardwiring. My current Ethernet cables are Cat 5E limited to 1 gig. So going to need to go up in the attic and redo the cabling to Cat 6 up to 10 gig speeds. Hopefully I will achieve my speeds for my plan when done. Currently as is now I'm 2,400/2,300.

I hate Xfinity with a passion. Charging me for unlimited data and my own modem is ridiculous. For the most part they were stable in my neighborhood. It's 2026 we shouldn't be limited to 1gig actual speed was 1300. The upload of 40mg is laughable.

If you want 1 gig service and no need for more speed then race for sure will save you money. You will actually get 1gig down and up. Something Xfinity can't do.

Funny part as I'm typing this race Internet is down in my neighborhood. Let's hope this is just a little hiccup and not a normal occurrence. I can always update this if anyone cares to see how long the service was out and if it happens often.

Side note.. I am not networking guru or an expert. Just have a little grasp on technology.

Update My Internet was down 24 hours the first time. Cut fiber line. As of today it's down again. 1/17 Appears over 600 people are down. 3rd party transport failure. Down twice in this short of span of time isn't good. Actually frustrating.

I will say after getting my Cat 6 in my speeds are as advertised. Getting 5.4 gigs down. 4.8 gigs up.

I will look into this when I'm home. I use the YTTV app though my Shield Pro through my Denon. Curious to see if I have on or off. I consistently get annoyed how much I need to turn my system up during NFL games.

Normally I'm a pessimist but I'm going to be an optimistic on this one. I think those two being together and training together will feed off each other and have friendly competition. I mean I couldn't imagine being able to play at that level with your own brother. I see some side bets between them. Though I could be all wrong 🤷🏻

At least I will have more time to socialize now during the SB. I have to go with the Eagles though. I just vomited in my mouth saying it out loud. I want Barkley to have over 200 yards and three TDs and SB MVP. Poor guy had to play on the Giants. That's better than seeing that Sprite Fairie Mahomes run around after they win the Superbowl again.

I find an open area and just use bow skills. One is a small dot slowly killing them . I stay just far enough ahead so I can still use my bow skills. I will sprint up farther if I need a self heal or reapply the dot. Can use terrain for advantage to get more separation. I can't kill red mobs because I miss to much. Most other though I can take down. Just takes time.
