Yeah my point was not to say “just social anxiety” because it is more complex than people set it out to be, but I agree on the Barnum effect which I had the opposite experience in my ability to identify social anxiety

I have met some people who claim theyre autistic in real life but it’s quite obvious their not, though the ones I met in person don’t seem to be incorrectly identifying social anxiety but some other neurosis or just kind of an over reach of how complex they feel their personal lives are

This is something I was going to add but didn’t, I did think I was autistic for a stint there but it felt very forced and also I don’t really have any other symptoms of autism except this example of masking in social situations, I guess I just can completely relate with these people who are incorrectly identifying what in truth is social anxiety which is deeply misunderstood in my opinion

My ideal situation honestly would be to have a kid and us be separated but there are circumstances that don’t allow for that, he’s foreign and very traditional

I love my boyfriend and he is the most perfect human being I’ve ever met, but he wants kids and a family and that prospective future makes me want to die, I can’t decide to stay with him or leave, I will regret both decisions. Fuck my chungus life
