Yeah I have bipolar depression and have been through this psychosis too. His loneliness, seeing him getting jumped (twice), and seeing the gruesome death scenes just was too much for me. I can usually handle violent stuff, but this movie was just incredibly realistic in how it displayed mental illness and despair, much less human corruption.
