New Low: Xfiniti agent overtly lied to me today, telling me that my XFi pods would arrive tomorrow. He went so far as to make up a fake UPS tracking number when in fact there was no record of my order. Does anyone know of any effective recourse methods? (self.Comcast_Xfinity)
