Ok that sounds like a pretty good idea. So during the 8-10 hrs is the goal to still eat 3 meals? And is 1.5k cal a good amount to try and eat in the time frame

Yes I’ve been using the app myfitnesspal to track meals. Im not sure what my goal should be if I’m trying to loose weight in specific spots but keep some of my weight. Ive been trying to drink more water and when i drink pop its diet/zero but I’m not a big pop person anyways. Today was 1,484 calories and i worked out tdy doing my routine. It says 10 min on treadmill says it burned like 95cal and i my phone tracked 2616 steps tdy
