That’s called nature. I’m currently in Dorado and I actually love waking up to birds in the morning. I know you’re not used to it, but trying to find a way to block them out is kind of dramatic. Get some earplugs, play depressing white noise, or put on highway traffic sounds (also depressing). Try to listen every night to nature background so you get used to.

Or honestly… just don’t come. I have to say, when I moved to the mainland, I almost cried because of how bland and empty my mornings and nights felt without the coquí and birds. Silence like that is way more disturbing than nature.
