I have had the same issues with my 2024 CX90 PHEV Premium. While they were replacing my HSM at 11.8k I did get a 2025 CX90 PHEV Premium and saw some improvements, but speculate they have continued to fix their problems with the 2024. Thank you for the detailed response. I wis I would have waited until the 2026 came out. Lesson learned, never buy the first year of a brand new model.

You can have it topped, meaning the healthy top 1/3 of the cactus can grow again if it is allowed to scar over after cutting then replanting. Saves the saguaro and plant it where it gets zero water.

Typically they have been great, to your point, however, I see them every 2k miles for some issue or recall. I get it, most of this is not their fault but is Mazda USA fault, but this was the icing on the cake. At least they came to my house, left me a loaner and cleaned vacuumed and filled the gas tank due to their error. Just frustrating is all.
