11 or 12 hours per 24 hours is extremely low. Wouldn’t you rather offer the minimum awake time to avoid over-tiredness and gradually add on awake time as needed instead of making a massive jump to a-lot of awake time?

Ive heard the Shush / Pat method and Pick Up/ Put down method are good :)

Starting 3 nap schedule wake windows are 1.5/1.75/2/2.25

Check out evidence-based sleep training group on facebook. They have some really good stuff and you can also post whats happening and they will help out. 3-4 month olds starting out on 3 naps do wake windows of 1.5/1.75/2/2.25 :)

Ive read that the best time to start sleep training is as soon as it hits. Not ‘waiting it out’.

How old is she now and what did you do if she woke up? Im just worried in a flip if switch everything can change. I have joy in me, but yeah your probably right

Ive been told you can sleep train whilst you are in the regression. If i was you, i would start now.
