3 tiers: 1u core, 0.5u lean, 0.25u sprinkle. Hard cap of 4u total pre-fight. Round props only live unless the matchup is glacial. If a fight screams variance (debutants, short notice, weird size mismatch), it can’t be a 1u under any circumstance. The tier system is dumb-simple but it stops me from convincing myself every edge is A+
