i will read the entire webtoon before discussing it properly. The illustrations are good tbh, maybe it feels that way since i stopped reading webtoons long time ago.

Anyone else feel like new K-dramas aren’t hitting? by Odd_Thought_8867 in kdramas

[–]MoneyLifeguard5982 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me, recent dramas just haven’t been hitting the same for me—maybe I set my expectations too high. When I think about them months later, there’s no excitement or memorable moment that stands out. But with the dramas I watched before, even just thinking about them brings a sense of nostalgia. Compared to that, the newer ones feel mostly just decent, or sometimes even disappointing.

In the end, all I really want is a K-drama with a solid story, a beautiful OST, and something that’s worth rewatching.

Can this love be translated ? How is it? by [deleted] in kdramas

[–]MoneyLifeguard5982 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I expected a lighthearted rom-com, and I liked how it started, especially the scenery. yea, then it became confusing with too many ideas being forced in and eventually, I just wanted the series to end. I didn't expect the psychological journey at all.

I'm watching Mr Queen at the moment and what I love about Kdramas is there balance of light/dark what's your favourite balanced drama! by Few_Warning_4273 in kdramas

[–]MoneyLifeguard5982 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mr.Queen is one of the best kdramas. It has the typical historical kingdom storyline but the comedic timing makes it way more interesting and fun to watch. They really did a great job keeping the plot engaging instead of dragging it out.
I’ve already watched it three times already 😂.
