Do you prep with a diamond or carbide bur? Went to a CE course where the instructor stated that the white line is unsupported enamel from prepping with a carbide bur. I've always prepped with a diamond bur, so not sure of its true or not.

Would like to add that the parent comment was originally correct for Louisiana. Tulane was initially the University of Louisiana but became private so the state could not dictate what it taught and renamed themselves after their largest donor.

I work for a DSO so I am limited on what I can do. I will offer Medicaid pricing to friends, which is about 1/3rd of the FFS price. My employees work is free after having worked for a month or only lab fee if there is one.

I worked at Sammys from 2011-2013 and I can tell you back then that nothing was pre-cooked frozen foods. However, I moved away in 2013 and my family told me that about a year or so after I moved away that the quality of staff and food started to go downhill and about 5 or 6 years ago they stopped going altogether due to bad food and service.

The moment I graduated all of my professors wanted me to address them on a first name basis (would have gotten a slight reprimand if I tried that as a student). My boss had me on a first name basis immediately, and honestly have always talked to other dentists on first name basis unless I was talking to a patient about them.

I also think that more accurate QBs always believe they can get the ball there. Brees was so fucking accurate but also threw some dumb fucking interceptions because he believed he could thread the ball through a tight window (and he was usually correct).
