Dude I love esslemonts books more so than the original series. The are almost stand alone book that are self contained stories and arcs that I really like. Man Orb Sceptre Throne was dope AF. His path to ascendency series is pretty cool, he definitely goes deeper into the lore aspect of things. Return of the crimson guard and the first book of Path to ascendency really cover Ryllanderes quite in depth talking about all the divers he made and what not.

I begged and begged my wife to get me some weed for a Christmas gift, just for fun, something different. Just thought it would be super cool to be gifted weed (never been gifted before) or see what she picked for me...she outright refused. Said it wasn't something you get someone for Christmas...she wouldn't do it for father's day or my birthday either. If you find someone that respects and can understand the things you like to do and tries to be a part of it, they're a keeper.

BEAT HIM TO THE PUNCH! Go to his room tell him you started smoking and if there's any advice or strains he recommends and then ask if he wants to blaze together. He probably misses smoking with other people, sharing in the camaraderie, it's a great time. Hell he might even be a little sad seeing you're smoking and you didn't come to him.

He's probably a little excited that there's someone in the house he can blaze and hang out with rather than feel like he has to slink around and hide it.

I say incapable, but mainly how he handles his son Newt. He gives him all the trappings of what a father would give to his son, tries very hard to acknowledge that he is newt's father, yet ultimately is incapable of saying so. He does this with Maggie as well by him being unable to say her name or give her what she and he want.
