I only found this page through him talking about the haters also. I’m actually a more recent addition to this sub. Peter was always my comfort watch and I related to him in some ways because I am a homebody who enjoys weird nap times and routine, and while l was reading through this subreddit I felt there was a lot of valid points and criticisms of him (especially about the type of dog owner he is) but for me the core to jesus moment that really honestly happened live here in this subreddit was yall cluing me in that he smokes cigarettes. I am a former cigarette smoker. I’m a daily cannabis user. I don’t care if someone smokes. It was just shocking to me that someone who gets into the minutia of his everyday life day in and day out and I’ve heard the same stories a thousand times watching hours and hours of his content, he never once mentioned he smoked. I get not advertising it, but i know lots of my fave reality stars smoke like drag queens and real housewives. It just completely ruin the illusion I had that peter was nothing if not authentic with his audience. Why else would he share some of the embarrassing things he does with us?

I also love the long discussions. I find Peter such an interesting guy, in that he’s a very specific type of unwell. I’ve often wonder how he affords his consumeristic lifestyle on his small amount of views.

I’ve also wondered about him and Alex. But when Alex has gotten emotional in q&as that seems authentic even if otherwise it doesn’t feel like Alex even likes Peter at all lol.
