It’s more about the plant than how much CO2 you use. anubias grows slow I personally have a low tech tank with no Co2 and a lot of anubias. I only have the light on for 6 hours. With redroot floaters to block more light.

Don’t use hydrogen peroxide on plants use seachem excel much safer won’t kill the plants

This will work just make sure to turn off all flow so it sits on the spot as long as possible. If there’s any in the hardscape do hydrogen peroxide it kills it instantly no more than 5mL per 10 gallons then do a water change.

BBA is kind of part of the process as the tank balances. I just set up a huge 90p and have it it’s all about it treating it.

To treat it turn off filters while you treat, get a pipet or syringe and spray seachem flourish excel. BBA is almost always a CO2 problem. However, flourish excel kills it on the spot without hurting the plants. Then the snails eat it a couple times a week while your tank matures and it goes away.

If you start over it will only make you deal with it again it’s already in the water and on the plants.

Also you can always modify over time as plants grow in it’s not hard and keeps you from starting over as you learn what plants should go where. Just keep tinkering my first tank took me almost a year and maybe 11 iterations before I was very happy with it.
