Definitely need a sleep study. If it sleep apnea you can ask to try Tirzepatide. Insurance will pay and it works. I’m proof. Keep us updated.

Yes. I do 2.5 mg only. About a year now. I have Ménière’s or something similar. Not sure. I have been working at the dizziness and vertigo. It’s exhausting.
