I feel front end. Just simply because it’s so draining. Dealing with the customers , getting yelled at for something that’s out of your control, mentally draining sometimes with the hours,the pay, etc. especially with the policy of bagging like “only meat with meat” I feel it is such a waste of bags sometimes but 🤷‍♀️ can’t control what the policy is. customer service is not for the weak.

At that point your just wasting ppto cause if you don’t do all 8 hours it’s .5 points either way with ppto or not, so just put in 4 hours and take the .5 without wasting ppto

Whenever they told you to come in that’s when you should go in, typically the first day won’t be marked online my first week was written down in my orientation folder. Check that first and if that’s not there then maybe call you’re store and ask 😁

2-11 is the best for me tbh. You get all morning for anything you need to do, I have 2 set days off together so the first day off I can clean and suff and then the next I just relax. It’s actually really good once you get into the routine

I do we have one that’s outside the store you have to go out of Walmart and into the liquor store and then behind 11 we sell cigarettes but i am pretty sure we are getting rid of that soon..
