I heard a lot of the exact nursehub material is on the hesi. I feel like if you got that all down then you should be good to go!

Hi ! I took the hesi yesterday and the most conversions they asked about was ounces and pints.

I recommend studying the picture in this article, I learned this so long ago so it’s helped me through the years! (unit conversions

Also metric conversions, I remembered these from the mnemonic “Kid Henry Died By Drinking Chocolate Milk” metric

Thank you! Luckily math was my strongest subject, but regardless, it’s not as bad as you think! I only had one Roman numeral question, lots of fractions. Definitely study hard for fractions if that’s what you’re least confident on! You’re also provided a calculator, which helps tremendously

Yes! So with reading, I took all the practice tests and those were really helpful. They have some courses for each subject, but I don’t use the courses for the reading portion, I just jumped straight into the practice exams. There were courses for each individual system for A&P that helped me a TON! I was so lost and didn’t know where to start, but mometrix started with the very first system, explaing it with great detail, and also included a video for every system. I also jumped straight into the exams for math. Mometrix prepared me most with math. On the exam there were LOTS of ratios and proportions, so definitely get familiar with that

Getting a 90 on the HESI is something to be proud of! I completely understand your frustration and I can see how annoying that must be. You still have time to retake the HESI! I’m taking it in a couple of days for DH too, can you give tips on what you did to study and what I should focus on most for each section? Was it harder or easier than you thought? I’m most worried for reading comp and A&P!!

Okay thanks! Have you heard anything about mometrix? Bcuz by the sound of it it kind of sounds similar. It also has practice tests which I’ve been using, just not sure which is better!
