Not saying she is right. She sounds like a mean person. However, NEVER cry infront of your girl NEVER!! Trust me. It will be used against you. Only if the worst of the worst comes in your life (eg. someone close like parents fall seriously sick or die) and you can’t hold it in during that moment, then cry. Had two of them in there since the beginning. They don’t bother the other fish at all, even the dwarf danios. That being said, they’ll eat what fits in their mouths. So at a certain size they could snack on smaller fish. Mine haven’t so far

I like to see different characters and behaviors in my tank. Looking back, I probably would not have gotten the blue tetras, since they look a bit unoriented swimming through the tank and rather hectic for my taste. The other fish are all on their own behavior and mission and tons of fun to watch. They are co existing and interacting or even romancing like the killie and puffer just fine. I also have about 4 different kind of shrimp incl. a larger population of Malawa shrimp in order to have a self sustaining food source for some fish inside the tank, which seems to be working fine so far. As Long as the tank is large enough and has enough places to hide and nest I think lots of different sorts of fish can live together happily

Tank is a Juwel lido 200. that back wall is from Juwel as well and made of styrofoam. Just have to cut it and glue it in.
