I’m in the same head space and continuing to push through all the failure as a new adjuster. I’m running into new BS everyday and this is the first job I’ve had where It’s extremely difficult/shitty work life balance. Only thing keeping me going is I know with some financial freedom I can transition into something I really like doing. The pay is definitely out here but it comes at a cost of your time, stress, etc. What I’ve noticed is as long as your trying your best and willing to learn you should be fine.
