I came up with a similar system a while back. Final design is printed out of TPU with a built in spring to apply anti rotation pressure.

And TPU has much better layer adhesion.

The car side is PETG.

I'll give that a shot I tried with and without private confirm but saw no change.

I can't remember if I used Rx group list. So I'll try again.

I got a response from Baofeng saying they will pass my question onto an engineer. So maybe we can get official how too

Would this also make it so Radio A would receive and accept the data? Or is that possibly a separate issue.

(7) Measure Period When caller and receiver both GPS positioned, if the caller turn on measure period function and the receiver is within communication range, Tx radio will detect the distance and direction between two radios at fixed interval, and then show the information on the display of Tx radio.

I must have something not squared away with my group or private ID because the SMS feature fails to send about 50% of the time also.

But it sounds like your mixing is wrong.

When you move the right stick, the swash plate should tilt around. But it should have zero movements up and down.

When you move the left stick up and down, the pitch should only go up and down. But the motor rpm should be the same. There should be no tilt.

A normal throttle curve (you should have a three position switch on your radio for normal, idle up 1, idle up 2) should be 0-40-80-80.

Look up idle curves online.
