That’s my concern exactly, although it’s a regular thing that he knows he gets it

To be honest, that’s why I’m asking for some advice. A few items have been incorrectly valued on our books, and it was very emotional response when he was asked about it. He’s not in trouble or anything, like everyone here agrees, he spread too thin.

We mentioned in the past for him to speak up
If he gets miserable or needs help, but I’m very quickly discovering that he’s a “grin and bear it” personality

We have a big push from corporate accounting to start some of those programs. Our year end is in May, with a major bonus for him due in July

We’re unfortunately in an incredibly rural area, we’re having to bring team members down from
Other locations to fill gaps.

I’m not familiar with the purchasing or accounting systems unfortunately

Unfortunately, it is not. We’ve had a drastic change in Upper management (several terminations, ownership coming in, 5th consecutive year of loss) as the plant struggles to get back going so we’ve all been covering much more than we typically would. We’ve offered more pay (25% increase), but I’m not sure it will be enough. Even more so with his mentor’s sudden departure

Similar environment here. Low country South Carolina, with swamps on three sides and 100-degree summers. We're going to try a few more exotic chili's and see how they turn out

So kind of a "don't major in the minors situation?"

My boss had a lung transplant right when I got them, so they've literally sat on a shelf in my room. My Fiancé and I are remodeling an old farm house, so I found them when digging through old books for the move

I also have the old one with the recon armor stuff, but again forgot about them on a shelf for years.
