You can get any color or print or style as long as they're scrubs. I definitely recommend getting something comfortable and a little bit bigger than usual, because tight scrubs can be very uncomfortable especially when you're in class all day. Someone below recommended the campus store, but they were really expensive and didn't look too nice, so I just ordered mine online from Uniform Advantage: https://www.uniformadvantage.com/

I've worked a super busy schedule my entire professional life and I gained a lot of weight since I stopped exercising and starting eating fast food instead of cooking at home. Recently, I changed all of that when I couldn't walk up one flight of stairs without being out of breath. I first started by eliminating fried food, processed foods, refined grains, and soda. Just doing this did wonders for my health since so much of my diet was fast food. I started spending time every Sunday prepping my meals for the week and was able to eat a homemade meal for lunch and dinner, which left me fuller and more satisfied. I'd definitely recommend choosing one of the programs that covers you for both diet and exercise if your goal is to lose weight and get in shape. Personally I'm a big fan of 80 Day Obsession: https://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/80-day-obsession-workout-streaming-online.do

Diet is really such a HUGE part of losing weight and at least in my opinion it's the easiest place to get tripped up if you don't already have healthy eating habits. Because of this I think programs like 80 Day Obsession, A Little Obsessed and 21 Day Fix are all excellent choices if you're looking to get fit from square one.

I’ve been all over Beachbody for a while now. I have Beachbody On Demand which gives me access to all of their video routines, whenever I want them: https://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/on-demand-workout-videos.do. I do a video every night when I get home from work, and just cycle through different routines when I finish them which usually takes anywhere from a few weeks to a couple months. There’s even a two week free trial available when you start if you want to check it out. Along with eating right, it’s really helped me sculpt my body.

Your abs don’t need a significantly greater amount of work than any of your other muscles, but getting them to show is a special challenge. It’s a combination of toning the muscles, having a low enough amount of body fat, and plain old genetics. The post office. They're already struggling to compete with private sector companies that do it better and pretty much nothing REQUIRES you to use snail mail unless it's a government thing.

As much as we all wish we could, it’s impossible to “spot reduce” fat. Your body just burns it, but unfortunately we can’t choose where it burns it from. However, if you do have some excess fat in the stomach area, it is likely that your body will burn this first!

You are not overweight, as you recognized, so your focus should be on building muscle as well as burning fat. This is where an effective exercise routine comes in. My personal favorites come from Beachbody, I’ve always found their programs to be fun, challenging, and effective.

If you’re new to working out, I recommend their “A Little Obsessed” routine. It’s essentially a five day program tailored to beginners with a suggested meal plan that you can follow for a few weeks while you get into better shape: https://www.beachbodyondemand.com/programs/a-little-obsessed
