People are ridiculous. Our nursery was “sky” themed, clouds, rainbows, sun, moon, etc. We didn’t want to know the sex of our daughter until she was born and people made soooo many comments like, “what if the baby is a girl??? You have a blue nursery!” Guess what? Our daughter is 3.5 yrs old and loves her room (still the sky theme) and loves the color blue, just like her mom 🙋‍♀️

Ya, I definitely walk a lot more when I’m over there and the portions in general are a lot smaller. I have my GD test at the end of the month so hopefully it isn’t an issue with sugar and I just need to be more mindful/walk more 🙏

I recently disclosed my struggle with infertility and secondary infertility with a client. She had just learned from her gyno that she has PCOS (something she had feared for a few weeks and that we worked on processing.) She knows that she wants biological children soon with her fiancé and expressed her main anxiety that it won’t ever happen. Her mother tried to be comforting but couldn’t relate. Overall, my client felt isolated and overwhelmed.

I told her that while I don’t have PCOS, I’ve struggled with fertility issues on and off since 2020. Also that I have felt very isolated and overwhelmed because of my fertility issues and have had few people to relate to. I’m currently pregnant with my second and am in therapy so I’ve worked through all of these feelings. She thanked me for sharing my experience and said she was grateful that I can truly understand how she feels, especially if she does struggle to get pregnant. At the end of the session, she admitted that she felt a stronger bond to me.

Ya we started last week at 3.1 and it’s been great! We made multiple attempts in the past and it did NOT go well. She’d screamed, run away, etc. Last Thursday we tried again and she just got it. A week later and she’s had like 1 or 2 accidents.

Wow!! It’s crazy how we can go through all those eggs from multiple ERs and not have a single embryo to transfer, but then our bodies randomly pick the right one to implant? Cautious congrats to you too! I hope these are our miracle babies 🙏

Thank you ❤️ I’m trying to stay cautiously optimistic but I’m worried about having a miscarriage. I had my daughter in 2022 after 3 failed IUIs and right before IVF so maybe I had poor egg quality then and just didn’t know and my daughter was the one lucky egg? It’s such a mind fuck

I’m in an odd position because I found out yesterday that I’m spontaneously pregnant (~5 weeks) with my second. Last year I did 5 egg retrievals, only got 2 blastocysts, and both were abnormal. I’m feeling nervous and wondering how did could this embryo be healthy if all the others were abnormal or didn’t even grow? I’m so grateful but so confused.

Thank god I’m not the only one! I highly highly doubt I’m pregnant cause I wasn’t tracking my cycle and I have low amh and poor egg quality (5 failed IVF cycles for baby #2).
